Ariella is a medical doctor and PhD candidate at The George Institute for Global Health, researching AI and women’s health, focusing on running clinical trials with Ovum. Drawing on her medical background and deep commitment to closing the gender health gap, Ariella leads Ovum with a vision to harness AI in delivering personalised, tech-driven healthcare for women.

Stefanie is a creative leader with experience at top agencies including Clemenger BBDO, DDB, and AKQA London. She co-founded Rare, Google’s global diversity and inclusion platform, and founded Apostrophe, Melbourne’s first copywriting agency. Most recently at Meta, she spent five years helping major partners innovate and build brand love — with work recognised at leading international award shows.
